Whale Doneis the theme this year at South Elementary School. The theme is based on the book Whale Done By Ken Blanchard.  The book places an emphasis on accentuating the positive instead of looking at the negative. The three main components of the program include: Build trust, accentuate the positive, and when mistakes happen-redirect energy.

WHALE DONE PLEDGE
Today I will build trust by being

I will accentuate the positive &

When mistakes happen,
I will redirect energy in a positive way.
